Terms & Conditions

By registering for a class with NR Hearts Training, a service of Nourish and Resuscitate LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before booking.

1. Class Registration

  • Registration is required for all courses and must be completed through our booking form or by direct communication (email, phone, or text).

  • A confirmation will be sent via email once registration is received and processed.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due within 24 hours of registration to secure your spot in the class.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card (via Square), Venmo Business, or other approved platforms.

  • Failure to pay on time may result in the cancellation of your registration.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your class up to 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled class may be eligible for one-time rescheduling but are non-refundable.

  • No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.

4. Class Requirements

  • Students must arrive on time, participate fully, and meet all course requirements in order to receive certification.

  • Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may be turned away and required to reschedule, depending on class structure.

  • Students must demonstrate the required skills and pass assessments to earn an American Heart Association (AHA) certification card.

5. Certification

  • Certifications are issued upon successful completion of all class components.

  • AHA certification cards are delivered digitally within 1–3 business days after class completion via email.

6. Printed Course Materials

  • All certification courses include digital course manuals (eBooks).

  • Printed manuals are available for an additional $25 per class and must be requested during registration or payment.

7. Mobile Training Policy

  • NR Hearts Training is a mobile service and will provide training at client-approved locations.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to provide a clean, safe, and accessible space for the training.

  • Instructors bring all necessary equipment and materials.

8. Health & Safety

  • Students who are ill or experiencing symptoms are asked to reschedule.

  • Classes follow standard hygiene and equipment sanitization practices for student safety.

9. Limitation of Liability

NR Hearts Training and its instructors are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the misuse or misapplication of CPR/AED skills taught in class. Training is educational and does not replace medical care or emergency services. Always call 911 in an emergency.
